I really feel like there is a spiritual side of running that non-running people don't connect with. I won't say that they don't "get it" because a lot of folks that I talk with understand, but just don't share the same feeling. Running as a whole is a love for...Greg, GREAT post!<br />Running as a whole is a love for me, but I find that it also brings joy on many levels. I love the feeling of accomplishm...Yes yes and yes. I love the feeling of accomplishment after putting in some miles. That's easy to measure: I did 5 miles, or 3 or whatever--I'm awesome.
