On Saturday, I ran in the Tunnel to the Towers in Wake Forest. I am going to forgo my usual race report for this event. Instead, I have embedded a video of some of the Fire Fighters running in their fire gear and a piece from Oprah on Stephen Siller. I'll just say that I ran well, better than expected.
