I took off Sunday the 9th to rest my ankle after I sprained it. It swelled up pretty good, and I knew that I needed to rest it. Luckily for me, Raleigh had an ice storm on the 10th, which kept in stuck inside until the 12th. This made me rest my ankle more than I would have otherwise because I am an idiot when it comes to injuries like this and never give myself the proper amount of rest. When I could finally get out of the house, I did 3 miles on the treadmill. Afterward I did some abs and stretching. My ankle held up for the most part, which caused me to think that this might not be as bad of a sprain as it could have been.
