Sunday 4/11: Simple Jump Rope Workout

Really not much to say about this one.  I just wanted to so something to get a good sweat going, so I did some jump rope.  I didn't want to do too much because I had a feeling that Sports Conditioning the next morning was going to tough.

Jump Rope:

15 90 sec. of work and 15 sec. rest intervals.
